A Make Money Business Opportunity Online – Do They Work?

You may be looking at a make money business opportunity online because you want to put some extra cash in your pocket. The internet is a big business and there are billions of dollars being made online, so there is no reason why you can’t get a little piece of that. Even a little piece will make you a very wealthy person.

Though making money online sounds great, most people can’t really get around to making it work for them. There are many reasons behind this.

One reason would be they are simply lazy. The truth is, online business is not for the lazy. No matter how many web pages you see out there that say you can set it and forget it and make overnight riches, I would not suggest you listen to this. I have been online for a couple of years now so I pretty much know how things work.

If you want to be able to make money online, you are going to have to become a student of that which you are a part of, which in this case would be internet marketing.

Before you start though, you may get overwhelmed. Why? Well simply, you will notice that there are a lot and I do mean a lot of ways to promote online. Whether its blogging, articles, pay per click, etc. You need to take action and focus on a strategy that you enjoy doing.

If you don’t enjoy doing it, you will find a reason not too. It’s as simple as that. Go out there and have a passion for what you do and if you do this on a daily basis you can make money with a business opportunity online.

Working From Home is a High Profitable Online Money Business

Working from home in a home-based business is the new way to make big profits. The Internet and satellite communications systems have allowed super-fast communications. They have allowed anyone who can get on the Internet to use their minds instead of production lines to make big money.

Everyone who is rich knows that the way to make big money is to earn a lot of money with just a little effort. It is called “leveraging”. Working from home in a home-based business via the Internet is the best way yet devised for making that happen on a massive scale.

People who do not make a lot of money are always working “harder”. But with a home-based Internet business, you can do what the wealthy have always done: work smarter instead of harder. If you want to be rich, hard work does NOT pay.

A home-based business is the way to financial and personal independence. Only when you are independent can you truly start living the life of your dreams and goals–what the wealthy call the “purpose-driven life”. You cannot lead the purpose-driven life when your only “purpose” is to make somebody else rich!

Remember, your body is very slow compared to your mind. Your mind can go faster than the speed of light. It therefore stands to reason that using your mind instead of your body, using thought and energy instead of matter and materials, to make money will let you make much more money much, much faster than if you are travelling to an office away from home to work for somebody else on their time and at their pleasure four, five, six days a week.

Have you ever thought that you would love to be the one making all the decisions, not being told what to do by anybody else? Have you ever wondered if you could make a lot more money than you are now, but you know you will never get where you want to be financially as an employee? Then a home-based business is probably right for you.

Working from home via the Internet as an affiliate marketer or in another home-based business capacity, you can use the power of leveraging to make your work easier, more fun, far less time consuming, and most of all highly profitable. Once you get an online business up and running, it seems to take on a life of its own. The setup is almost everything. Once everything is in motion you will be making money in your sleep while often working only a few minutes a day.

Working from home, you can choose what you do and can therefore pick something you love and believe in, as the Internet has opened the door to nearly any business opportunity. You can dress any way you like. You work as much as you want, and you set all of your own hours and go on vacation whenever you want to. You can always be there for your family. You cut out the expenses and the stress of commuting. You can manage your business and domestic affairs all at the same time. And, you can make big money while giving yourself the time to do the things you want to do that you have always craved.

Working from home requires little to no inventory, no cold calling, and no commuting. It is the easiest way to make big profits ever conceived of.

Five Malpractices of Credit Cards

The current economic hardship has led to an increase in the use of credit card by many individuals. These has resulted to a credit crunch. On the other hand credit companies drastically tightened and introduced unfair policies. These policies which l opt to call malpractices are hurting all individual whether you are in good standing or not. This blog will focus five recently introduced malpractices.

1. Higher interest rate.

Most credit cards are arbitrarily increasing their interest rates with no reason or rhyme. Failure or delay to pay one payment may spark an increase in interest rate. Also they are cases where a misstep with one card can set off a chain reaction of higher interest your other cards that are in good standing. This is an area where l feel the government should and l believe have started to look into. The goal is to implement laws to protect the consumers who are working hard to pay the credit cards.

2. Reducing Credit on cards

l have been a victim of these in three of my cards. l worked so hard to pay off my credit cards after seeing how much interest they were charging me. The payback l got was a reduction of my available limit from $3500 to $ 300. In confusion l called them to find out if this was an error only to be told that it was a result of my reduction in credit score. This did not make sense as my credit score had actually increase after paying the debt. But now it was affected adversely when they reduced my available limit. This also happened to two more of my cards.

Suzie Orman in the Suzie Orman show had talked about these and warned people about it. In fact she is now advocating for people to focus more on building their emergency funds as opposed to first paying off their debt. What can l say, way to go girl or it is awesome thinking.

4.College Student on credit cards

College students are lured into getting credit cards to help with school fees and the cost of living. They are not informed that they will not only pay back these cards but the school loans are not discharged in Bankruptcy.

The government is introducing a bill where these instead of tossing a card to any college student, issuers would have to verify that a person under age 21 has adequate income to pay the bills or assign a parent to pay.

Under the House bill, those under the age of 18 could not be given credit cards.

4. Balance transfers

Card companies sometimes offer low interest rates – occasionally zero percent for a while – on money moved from one card to another. Yet consumers do not realize that if they also have an old balance at a high interest rate at the company at the time of the transfer, the high-interest debt remains. All monthly payments typically go to retiring the zero percent interest balance.

The Federal Reserve has called this deceptive because it obscures the effect of the lagging high-interest debt.Under the House measure, if a consumer makes a monthly payment in excess of the minimum requirement, everything over the minimum would go toward the high-interest balance. In addition, under a proposal by President Obama’s administration, the low rates would have to last for at least six months.

5. Exceeding limit use and Education

Consumers could also require their card companies to stop allowing them to make purchases that exceed their credit limit. Currently, some let people go over their limit, and then typically charge a $30 fee.

“Many people would walk away from a purchase if they knew they were going over their limit,” Plunkett said.

l believe many people are not longer ignorant about finances. Credit card companies should explain in clear fine prints the cost of each card they give the consumer. They should ascertain that the consumer will afford to pay them back based on income. If the credit card companies did their job and the consumer were rightly informed, business would boom on both end creating a win win situation ethically.

Personal Finance: Credit Agencies Refused Access to Information About Student Loans

These days, when you apply for a mortgage, loan or other form of credit, the lending industry will automatically scrutinise your personal credit history. In practice, you hardly need to tell them anything as within a fraction of a second, the lenders computers will lock into your credit file held by any one of the big three credit agencies; Experian, Callcredit or Equifax And you’ll be amazed what they know about your finances!

For many years now banks, building societies and other lenders have been providing information about your finances to the credit agencies. They know about every credit applications you’ve made, the occasions you’ve been late or missed paying a loan, mortgage or credit card, the balances on your loans and credit cards and whether you just pay off the minimum each month – even your credit limits! The agencies also accumulated lots of other information about you provided by public records, the voters’ roll and the public register of court actions where all county court judgements are recorded. Their computers then statistically analyse all this information and assess your application. So in this context, the credit industry argues that the more information they have about you, the more accurately lenders can make lending decisions.

Yet within this mass of information, there is one notable omission. Despite representations to the government, information about student loans and their repayment history’s, is not provided to the credit agencies. The data is refused because student loans are a debt to the taxpayer, not a commercial business.

Prior to September 1998, graduates repaid their student loans by mortgage style direct debits collected once the graduate started earning over £15,000. But more than 59,000 of graduates from before 1998 graduates are understood to be in payment arrears to the tune, on average, of around £2,750 per graduate.

After September 1998, the system of collecting student loans changed. These days, repayments are deducted directly from salaries by employers along with national insurance and income tax. This method is far more efficient and avoids the possibility of bad debts.

The credit industry argues that it needs the information on student loans as they can represent a significant strain on the graduates’ finances – especially following the introduction of top-up fees which results in the average student loans being much larger. These loans are repaid at the rate of 9% of the graduates’ income in excess of £15,000 and can represent a significant drain on their monthly income.

Therefore, to fully assess graduates’ financial situation the credit industry argues that it needs student loan information. The Association Consumer Credit Counselling Service agrees. A spokes person said, “Knowing whether a young person has a student loan and whether it is being paid back, is useful.”

Yet despite the pressure to share its information, the Department for Education and Skills remains steadfast in its decision to refuse permission to the Student Loan Company to provide information to the commercial sector.

Even the Citizens Advice Bureau wants this decision changed arguing that lenders need information on student loans to help ensure that graduates avoid taking on so much debt that they can’t maintain their repayments.

But for now at least, the situation remains. The credit industry cannot obtain any history about student loans.

Photography Techniques – Making Money & Business

If you love photography and are considering making it your career, you’re in the right place. Making the decision to go from a hobbyist photographer to a career photographer is one of the best decision you will ever make. The photography industry is huge and in high demand.

Get your name out to the public

This can be one of the hardest things to do when you’re first starting out. But, it’s not impossible; all you need is to be put in the right direction. If you are an experienced photographer then you have nothing to worry about.

How to get your name out?

If you’re serious about becoming a professional photographer you sometimes you have to bite the bullet. Your probably wondering what I mean by this, let me explain.

On a Sunday morning go to a busy restaurant and ask the owner if you can set up a mini studio to take pictures of families after their done eating breakfast. Go table by table and ask if they would like a family portrait. Tell them you will be set up all morning taking pictures, FREE OF CHARGE.

Will the restaurant throw you out?

Heck no, there are some cases (depending on the restaurant) that the owner will say no. But 9 times out of 10 the owner will say yes. Why? In the owners eyes it’s a win win situation. The customers are happy because they get a chance to take a family portrait and they get a FREE 4 x 6 photographer – compliments of you – but in the patrons eyes it’s compliments of the restaurant. This is giving free publicity to the restaurant as well as you.

The Purpose?

What you’re actually doing is getting your name out there. When the family comes to pick up their free 4 x 6 family portrait (or you drop it off) more often then not they will order an enlargement. When and if they ask what the catch is just say, “you will now have to think of me as your own personal family photographer.” This is golden, you are not being pushy, more comical than anything, but most often than not that family WILL call you when they have a gathering of people for a special occasion. Make sure to have little cards printed up saying, portrait compliments of abc (restaurant), do a little blurb about why passing up getting a FREE portrait after their done breakfast would be silly.

Make sure you put your business logo, contact information and any copyright information. Take down the family’s information once they get their picture taken so that you can contact them for a viewing to choose their favorite pictures. DO NOT say you will mail them a copy, this is defeating the whole purpose. You want them to come and take a look at a couple different pictures and choose the best one. This shows that your serious about what your doing and want to ensure the customer has the best photograph…of their choice!
